To make a reservation
To make a reservation request You must be a registered user of the software. Once the reservation request has been sent, one or more suppliers will be notified and will be able to make an offer. We do not guarantee that a provider accepts a booking request. If a provider accepts a reservation request, you will receive a confirmation by email, SMS or other notification systems to your registered email address or phone number. The confirmation will contain the details of the supplier, including the name of the company and the phone number.
Rates and payment
The indicated price indicated before sending the requests is always a maximum price agreed with the suppliers. You will never be charged more than this amount. We offer the customer the possibility of paying the reservation in cash or by credit / debit card. The available payment methods are clearly displayed in the software before sending the request. For cash reservations, the price must be paid directly to the driver sent by the supplier.
You must complete the transaction with the supplier if you agree to our terms, unless the transaction is prohibited by law or this contract. By accepting our terms, you agree to be bound by the terms of the rate included in the pricing details, as long as the details of the trip do not violate this agreement or are illegal.
It is your responsibility to plan the trip correctly and to leave enough time to arrive at the destination according to your needs for flight check-in time, take a train or any other restriction you may have. If you have any questions about the duration of the trip, we advise you to contact the supplier and, if necessary, to modify the details of the trip.
Changes and cancellations of reservations
If you need changes for a confirmed reservation, contact the provider directly. Cancellations can be made by calling the provider directly. The cancellation fee will not be applied
